Free Fingerprinting
The Capital District Child Care Council offers free fingerprinting and completion of fingerprint waivers for all providers and prospective providers. Listed below are the hours fingerprinting is available. Providers who wish to be fingerprinted may stop by any time during the hours listed below. Those wishing to be fingerprinted must come with the following information:
- Personal Name, Address, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number
- Program Name, Address and Registration or License Number
- Legal photo ID with signature – i.e. driver’s license, passport,
government ID, etc.
Persons under 18 years old must have written permission from a parent or guardian in order to be fingerprinted.
Please remove all hand lotion from your hands prior to fingerprinting.
