To check the complaint history of a program, visit the NYS Office of Children and Family Services website at www.ocfs.state.ny.us or call the Albany Regional Licensing Office at (518) 402-3038.
To check the specific complaint history of all registered family and school-age programs in Albany, Rensselaer and Schenectady Counties, call the Capital District Child Care Council at (518) 426-7181, ext. 303.
