PROTECTING CHILDHOOD CAMPAIGN & TRAINING

Location: Various

Childhood is precious. Every child needs a safe harbor where innocence reigns and they feel protected from the realities of life. As caregivers, we play a role in protecting children from stress, trauma, and harm. Our goal is not to inhibit a child’s understanding of the world, but to create a protective bubble that slowly dissipates over time, as the child becomes ready to face the next challenge. When the bubble is popped too soon; through abuse or other stressors; childhood is at risk. Join one of five opportunities offered near you to learn how you can be a protector of childhood. OCFS: 6, 8, 9; HOURS: 2, CEU: 0.2

The campaign will run throughout April, join us online and in person at these events to learn how you can protect childhood.

Free to members, $20 non-members
